SIGMA ART 35mm 1.4
This lens is an absolute powerhouse and changed my photography for the better.
Having a focal length that replicates a similar field of vision to the human eye, it is a natural storytelling lens.
Able to focus super close for detail shots and wide enough to capture just about any scene in a unique, flattering manner with its natural vignetting.
Do not hesitate to add this one to your kit.
SIGMA ART 85mm 1.4
To compliment your kit, the 85mm will allow for those beautiful bokeh driven couple portraits during the wedding breakfast.
The longer focal length will allow you to set your framing through plantation with a back light for lovely flare and aesthetics.
This is a must for the portrait pros.
Canon EF 50 mm-f/1.4 USM
A versatile lens that should always sit in your kit. Even though primarily Iām using the 35mm, this is a steady back up that will never let you down.
Samyang 14mm F2.8 Mk2
Allowing you to create dramatic wide angle shots, this lens is a great addition to photographers wanting extra dynamics in their couple shots and the ability to create a great sense of space. Not for the feint of hearted being a manual focus lens, but tack sharp when you get it right.
Canon 5D Mark IV
A powerhouse of a camera, served me well for a long time and hosts dual card slots which gives me complete piece of mind.
Canon EOS 6D Mark II
My secondary camera which hosts the 85mm for most of the day.
This is also an absolute beast and the flip screen sometimes comes in handy with unusual angles.
