We had a fantastic time photographing the very stylish wedding of Jess and Dan. With the 12th of July feeling like the hottest day of the year, we definitely broke a sweat but it was worth it for the resulting images.
The ceremony took place in the beautiful All Saint's Church in Barry. The warmth of the wooden interiors and the natural light breaking through the stainless steel windows allowed for some extremely dramatic shots of the couple and their families.
After a ten minutes drive from the Church, we arrived at the Knapp in Barry. With time ticking and much to Jess’s appreciation, we sent them hobbling through the pebbles!
The remainder of the afternoon and evening took place in the beautiful New Country House Hotel, where there was food, drink, love, emotions, surprises and plenty of magic in the air. With a view of the sun setting behind the mountains, the exterior allowed for some stunning shots as the light faded.
From watching a rather drunken Dan lead his rather sober bride around the grounds, to witnessing this beautiful couple unveil the next chapter of their lives, this wedding will always be close to our hearts. We wish them all the best for their future and are super excited to document the next chapter - "Baby Cooper"
